We're excited to share the latest updates to the KlearNow platform. This release brings significant new capabilities including a Resources & Information hub with release notes management, enhanced SSO (internal rollout – external in Q1 2026, PGA improvements for aluminum products, and important performance optimizations.

Resources & Information Hub
A new centralized hub for platform resources is now available from your profile menu. Access release notes, documentation, and support resources all in one place.

View the 4 most recent published release notes directly from the landing page
Browse the full release notes listing with lazy loading for seamless scrolling through all records
Click any entry to view complete release details including version information and tags
Contact support directly from the hub with one-click email access
Content Management for Administrators
Create release notes with rich text formatting including bullets, images, tables, and code blocks
Preview release notes before publishing to ensure formatting looks correct
Save drafts to continue editing later, or publish immediately
Toggle release notes between published and unpublished status
Searchable table view with filters by name, author, and status
Edit existing release notes to update content as needed
AI-Powered Document Processing (Preview)
We're continuing to invest in intelligent automation to reduce manual effort and accelerate document and business process workflows. This release includes behind-the-scenes improvements to our AI document processing pipeline.

PGA GAC Aluminum Products Support
New PGA requirements for aluminum products are now supported, expanding GAC Steel functionality to cover additional HTS codes.
Automatic flagging of GAC Steel PGA form for designated aluminum HTS codes
Default document type (2006) and reference (GIP83) auto-populated for aluminum products
Proper EDI generation with correct reference codes

Canada Engine Transaction Manager
Enhanced dashboard visibility and filtering for Canada shipments.

RNS Status filters now working correctly including 'Awaiting Arrival of Goods'
K84 date now populating correctly on broker form for Engine shipments when CAD is accepted
Data Processing & Validation
SPI population logic improved: existing SPI values are preserved, and country-independent codes (C, K, L) no longer default to NA
Unit Price field now supports 5 decimal places for more precise gross value calculations
Special characters (™, ©, ®, etc.) automatically stripped from commercial descriptions to prevent CBP transmission errors
Additional HTS no longer auto-populated when country of origin is US
Aggregate button disabled until all blocking warnings are resolved, preventing filing errors
Document Processing
Document packet handling: ZIP files containing multiple document packets are automatically split and processed individually
Auto-stitch documents at company level: Configure certificates and Section 232 documents to automatically attach during shipment creation
PSC TDOX packets now generated for all BLs on multi-BL entries, not just the first
Country-of-origin columns converted to Latin character set for data consistency across reporting systems
Form Validation
Commercial description validation now properly blocks progression to final review when field is empty
Document type validation enforced for customs information uploads

Fixed compound duty calculation issues preventing entry filing
Resolved AD/CVD query rate lookup failures when case numbers were selected from query results

Resolved BOL update functionality for In-Bond shipments - FIRMS field no longer grayed out
